RE the rest - nobody has to be psyopped into random attacks on children. It's an unusual thing to do, but it's also not like the UK has never had anyone stab anyone before. What's different, here, is that a few dishonest people have decided to try to opportunistically blame this specific attack on people who had nothing to do with it.
